Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking two experienced Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team at our Capalaba dealership.
The Opportunities:
1. Ford, Suzuki & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant
This exciting opportunity will see you working across our established Ford, Suzuki and Used Vehicle departments, helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs while contributing to the continued success of our dealership.
2. New Brand Sales Consultant
We're also seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to play a key role in the launch and growth of an exciting new automotive brand that will soon be joining our Capalaba location. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up and help establish a new brand presence within our growing dealership network.
About the Roles
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
You will be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journeyPresenting and demonstrating new and used vehiclesManaging enquiries and generating sales opportunitiesFollowing up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipelineAchieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIsWorking closely with management and support teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
About You
To be successful in either role, you will have:Previous experience in automotive vehicle sales or a proven track record of achieving sales results in another industryExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesHigh levels of motivation, professionalism and personal presentationA customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceStrong computer and administrative skillsA current driver's licence
